In Between Moments Of Family Sessions

Getting the in between moments can often be missed by the shutter of a camera. When adding some video to your photoshoot, we are able to capture those brief encounters that you can then watch and cherish over and over again.

You’re able to better remember they way your little one smiled at you every so slightly. Or even the way your partner rubbed their thumb across the back of your hand to ease your nerves of being in front of the camera.

This couple was celebrating six months home with their son after adopting him from Korea. It was really special to be able to capture these moments as a family. Working with families on any part of the adoption triad is so special and requires extra care. To have families trust me with their stories is one of the greatest honors of my life.

Turning Photo Sessions Into Video Sessions

There is so much about a family that you can only see on video. The sweet, small moments. The quick looks from parents to kids. The kids playing together. All of it. Video is just such a great way to see the way that the family moves and interacts together. Kids grow up so quickly, and having video of your family as your kids get older is such a gift. And can be a great way to look back in time and feel like you are in that moment again.

It’s a great add-on to a photo session because all of the video is taken at the same time as photos. Absolutely no extra time is taken and you’ll get a wide variety of clips. One’s that showcase your family in a different way. These videos can be used for end-of-year family videos, social media videos or even just kept private as a family momento.
